Cold Plunge Questions
With normal daily use and the UV and filter and chiller system, most users change the water every 4–6 weeks. Wipe the waterline weekly and remove debris with a skimmer as needed. Change water more often if multiple people plunge or if body products are used.
Every Prowaken Cold Plunge ships set to 50°F (11.5°C).
Most users prefer 48–54°F. Beginners should start warmer (55–60°F) and reduce gradually. Advanced users may go colder.
Start with 1–3 minutes. Experienced users go 3–5 minutes. Ideal frequency is 3–5 times per week, though daily use is common.
Water cools gradually due to thermal inertia. The chiller lowers temperature slowly to protect the compressor and save energy. Expect about 2–3°F per hour, depending on conditions.
Yes. The lid keeps water clean, reduces energy use, and prevents heat gain. The Ritual Platform can stay on during sessions and be removed when using the higher perch seat.
Yes. The insulated tub and lid help maintain temperature, but water will slowly warm and bacteria can build up. If turned off for more than 24 hours, we recommend draining and refilling before use.
No. Salts and oils damage the chiller, clog the filter, and interfere with UV sterilization. Use pure water only.
A standard 120V / 15A GFCI-protected outlet. A built-in GFCI plug is included.

Shipping & Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Orders ship within 4 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after business hours on Friday or during the weekend are processed the next business day.
After your order is processed, we’ll email you a tracking number. Most large shipments are sent via XPO Logistics, which uses a PRO number (PRO + 9 digits). You can track it on XPO’s website. If you need help, contact support@prowaken.com.
Here’s what to expect:
• Order confirmation email after purchase (sent via Shopify)
• Tracking email once your order is booked for carrier pickup
• Shipping confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse, including an estimated delivery date
If there are delays, we’ll notify you by email.
• Before shipment: Contact support immediately. Address changes to a different state or province cannot be approved.
• After shipment: Changes are very limited once the order leaves our warehouse.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact Support immediately to see if any options are available.
Contact support@prowaken.com as soon as possible. While carriers may try to accommodate requests, delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
Check around your property (side doors, garage, neighbors). If you still can’t locate it, contact support@prowaken.com.
Email support@prowaken.com with photos of the item received, the box, and the packing slip. We’ll resolve it promptly.
