This Limited Warranty is issued by Prowaken, a Delaware corporation. It is applicable for products listed below purchased in the U.S.A..
This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Warranted Product(s) under this Limited Warranty and to each transferee of the Warranted Product(s) during the term(s) as provided below, provided that the product(s) were originally purchased from Prowaken’s online storefront.
The Limited Warranty begins from the original owner’s receipt or purchase date (whichever is later) and will be verified by Prowaken (“Warranty Begin Date”).
Warranted Products
The Warranted Products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the periods identified below:
Product Tub and Chiller Enclosure: 3-year Limited Warranty from Warranty Begin Date for the replacement of a defective tub or chiller enclosure. Discoloration is NOT regarded as damage but normal behavior.
Chiller, Pump and UV-Clarifier excluding bulb: 1-year Limited Warranty from Warranty Begin Date if the Chiller has been properly operated, installed, cared for, serviced and maintained in accordance of with the instructions provided in the Owner’s Manual.
Additional Component Items: 1-year Limited Warranty from Warranty Begin Date for Water Filter Housing.
Prowaken Branded Optional Accessories: 1-year Limited Warranty from Warranty Begin Date.
Limited Warranty Labor
Labor will NOT be provided for any Warranted Product(s).
Wear and Tear
Wear and tear is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Wear and tear are terms to describe damage or wear that occurs as a result of normal use. As a result, not all products are covered in this Limited Warranty. For example, your filter cartridges and UV Clarifier bulb will wear with use and over time, which are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Furthermore, scratches, discoloration and other potential damage, or Product graphics because of normal use and exposure to the elements are not covered. Listed below is a non-exhaustive list of other typical wear and tear items:

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Any damage or defects to Warranted Product(s) resulting from failure to follow instructions in the Product owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the Product as sold, operator error, water, solar and temperature damage, damage from overloading the Product or improper follow-up maintenance.

For the avoidance of doubt, Prowaken will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.

Rust or corrosion.

Tub, lid or chiller enclosure deformation due to exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight.

Improper maintenance, assembly, or installation.

Use of the Product for abnormal, commercial activities, or any purposes beyond its intended design.

Modifications from the original condition.

Improper modification, alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product.

Finishes and decal damage resulting from exposing the Product to, or using it in, severe conditions or climates.
DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN PRODUCT OR A WARRANTED PRODUCT(S) IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF PROWAKEN. PLEASE CONTACT PROWAKEN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
Claims Process
PROWAKEN WILL NOT REPLACE ANY WARRANTED PRODUCT(S) UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED WARRANTED PRODUCT(S).
In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Warranted Product(s) under this Limited Warranty, you must:

Contact the Prowaken Customer Service team through Prowaken Support. The Customer Service team will initially work with you on the problem with your Product to identify potential simple fixes.

If the Customer Service team determines that a Warranted Product(s) must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for fixing the issue and/or returning the defective Warranted Product(s) and receiving the replacement.

After you receive the replacement Warranted Product(s), the Customer Service team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Warranted Product(s) into your Product.

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Warranted Product(s), unless Prowaken agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Warranted Product(s) under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND PROWAKEN’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PROWAKEN’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODCUT, NOR SHALL PROWAKEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PROWAKEN DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
