What’s the cost?

We charge a single, flat fee for every Cold Plunge shipped within the continental United States. That fee will be applied to your cart at checkout. 

Why do you use a specialized delivery partner?

Given the Cold Plunge's size, we use a specialized delivery partner called XPO Logistics that handles the product with care and delivers it curbside to your driveway or front yard. We offset some of the delivery cost as we prefer to use a high quality shipper to reduce shipping damage and ensure your cold plunge arrives ready to go. 

When will my Cold Plunge arrive?

• Standard timeline: Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your Cold Plunge will typically arrive within 10 business days or less.
  

• Tracking: You'll receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second shipping confirmation email - with a tracking number and estimated delivery date - once your unit leaves our facility. Note that it can take a few days after your unit ships for the freight carrier to update the estimated delivery date in their system, so don't be alarmed if the tracking feels quiet at first.

• Delays: Occasionally, Mother Nature or a rogue traffic jam decides to throw a wrench in the works. If that happens, we'll let you know ASAP and keep you posted until your Cold Plunge arrives safely.

What Your Delivery Looks Like

Your Cold Plunge ships via XPO freight and is delivered curbside - palletized to your driveway or front yard.

Delivery Day Tips

• The unit will be delivered curbside to your driveway or front yard - make sure the area is clear and accessible for the freight carrier.
  
• The driver may or may not require signature upon delivery depending on the security of the drop off location. 
• Plan ahead for moving the unit to its final resting spot once it arrives. The Cold Plunge box weighs 150 lbs. and requires team lift.
  
• Light assembly is required. To keep the shipping box compact and the components protected, we pack the chiller, chiller enclosure, and hardware inside the tub. Your owner's manual and assembly video will walk you through everything.
• The unit will arrive on a pallet. Once you've moved the Cold Plunge to its final spot, you'll need to arrange recycling or disposal of the pallet.
  

Parts & Accessories

All smaller pieces (e.g., filtration cartridges) are shipped via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Because they’re lightweight, they ship via the usual channels and typically arrive within three to five business days of the main unit's shipping confirmation.

International Shipments

At the moment, we only ship Cold Plunges within the continental United States.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless the Cold Plunge unit arrives damaged or defective. In that rare case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost. Please keep your shipping materials (carton and packaging) for one month in the rare case of a return.
